Can I negotiate my estimate?

No. There may be an opportunity to change the scope of work to meet your pricing needs. 

When do I pay for my service?

Upon completion of service.  Some jobs will require deposit, which will be discussed prior.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and credit card payments are accepted.

Do you have weekend service?

Yes, we currently offer weekend service.

What if I am unhappy with my service?

Please give us a call at 440-266-4442 and we will work to resolve any issues that may arise.

How does the one-year workmanship warranty work?

Call within one year of completed service for any workmanship issues.  

What areas does Sir Fix-A-Lot serve?

We currently offer services in northeast Ohio including Bay Village, Westlake, North Olmsted, Olmsted Falls, Columbia Station, Valley City, Strongsville, Medina, Brunswick, Berea, Brookpark, Middleburg Heights, Fairview Park, Rocky River, Brooklyn, Parma, Parma Heights, North Royalton, Seven Hills, Independence, Brecksville, Richfield, Hudson, Macedonia, Twinsburg, Aurora, Solon.

Does the price differ from my quote?

Not commonly unless there are unforeseen circumstances.  Any changes made to scope of work will be discussed prior to work being done. 

Can I buy my own materials?

Yes for decorative items or fixtures.  Supplies such as drywall, screws, etc will be provided to ensure quality and a seamless install.
